Works with
Six of the 43 modules, as they look in a real store.

Trials, signup fees, fixed terms, mixed carts, plan switching with proration and dunning.

Five ready layouts in your colors, for the Checkout block and the classic checkout.

Activation limits, a license API and automatic updates served from your own store.

Six layouts, deposits, recurring invoices, reminders and a secure pay link.

Exact per-product prices or Frankfurter rates, with gateways chosen per currency.

Order bumps shown by cart rules, priced on the server, with take rates per bump.
Every module ships switched off. Turn on the ones your store needs from Stackless → Dashboard.
Every module is in both licenses. Nothing is held back for a higher tier.
Requires WordPress 6.7+, WooCommerce 9.9+ (tested with 11.2), PHP 7.4+. HPOS or posts storage.
Three kinds of WooCommerce stores get the most out of it.
Recurring billing, page access and dunning come in one plugin, so a membership store no longer stacks Subscriptions, Memberships and a gateway add-on with three renewal dates.
License keys, activation limits and automatic updates are a module, so you can sell software from WooCommerce without a separate licensing server.
One license covers unlimited sites, so every client store gets the same toolkit without a per-site renewal on your books.
Pick lifetime or annual. Both include every module and unlimited sites.

Thirteen common WooCommerce.com extensions that cover the same ground list at $1,507 a year for one site, starting with WooCommerce Subscriptions at $279. Stackless is $99 once, for every site you run. WooCommerce.com list prices, 1 site, 1 year, checked October 14, 2026.
Checkout runs on gauravtiwari.org, the Gatilab store · your license key and download arrive right after payment
Not automatically yet. There's no importer, and Stackless pauses its own Subscriptions module while WooCommerce Subscriptions is active. New stores and new plans are the clean fit today.
Everything keeps working. A license only unlocks updates and support, so an expired key never switches a module off.
A switched-off module loads no code. The WooCommerce Optimizer module goes further and stopped about 50 Cart and Checkout block script prefetches on our demo store's homepage.
Stripe and PayPal renew from saved methods. Polar, Paddle and Dodo renew on their side as merchants of record. Any other WooCommerce gateway sells subscriptions with emailed pay links.
Yes. You get a 14-day unconditional refund. Ask within 14 days and you get your money back, no questions.
No telemetry. Your store talks to the license server only when you activate, deactivate or check for updates, and to the gateways you switch on.
Stackless is young. Version 1.0 shipped on October 13, 2026, so it doesn't have years of edge cases behind it the way WooCommerce Subscriptions does. The readme lists the known limits: Polar and Dodo take one subscription per checkout, Paddle takes one schedule per checkout, and there's no Subscriptions importer yet.
Set it up on a staging copy first, switch on one module at a time, and run a real test order through each gateway before you move live traffic. If it doesn't fit your store, the 14-day refund is unconditional.
Every module, every site, updates for life.
